Quality Manager Recruiters for Manufacturing
The quality manager is the hire your certificate and your customer audits ride on. We vet them like the auditors they'll have to face, because that's our day job.
Roles we place
Quality Manager · Quality Assurance Manager · QMS Specialist · Quality Engineer · Supplier Quality Engineer · Quality Supervisor · QC Inspector · CMM Programmer · Quality Technician · Director of Quality
Why quality hires go wrong
A polished candidate says "I led our ISO 9001 recertification" and nobody in the interview knows what to ask next. What were the findings? What did the CAPA backlog look like? What would you do first with our audit schedule? Six months later the surveillance audit answers those questions for you.
Every quality candidate we send gets a technical interview from a working quality consultant. Someone who builds QMS systems and hosts registrar audits, and can tell a certificate-babysitter from a system-builder in fifteen minutes.
Scoped to your shop, not a template
- We read your system first. A young QMS needs a builder. A stable one needs a maintainer who improves things. They are different hires, and the job description should say which one you're buying.
- Bridge coverage while you search. Good quality manager searches take 4-8 weeks. A fractional quality manager keeps audits and corrective actions moving in the meantime, so you don't panic-hire at week three.
- A real handover. If we built or run your QMS, your new manager starts with current documentation and a briefing from the person who maintained it.
Terms
No fee until you hire. Written replacement guarantee. Shortlists of 3-5 with our interview notes attached. Retained and interim options for director-level searches.
Common questions
What should we pay a quality manager?
Texas manufacturing QMs mostly land between $95K and $130K depending on scope. AS9100 and API Q1 experience commands the top of the band. We'll benchmark your spec before the search starts.
We're not certified yet. Hire first or build first?
Usually build first, then hire when there's a system worth owning. Hiring a QM into a documentation vacuum is how you lose a good QM in a year. We'll walk the sequencing with you.
Do you place inspectors and techs too?
Yes. Inspectors, CMM programmers, and quality techs go through the same screen: real trade questions, standards exposure, reliability checks.
